Tropical Tiki Punch

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz. Spiced Rum (Sailor Jerry preferred)
  • ½ oz. Aperol
  • ¼ oz. Bacardi Lime
  • 1 ½ oz.   Guava Juice
  • ¾ oz. Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
  • ½ oz. Orgeat (Almond) Syrup
  • ½ oz. Simple Syrup
  • 2 dash Angostura Bitters
  • 1 ea. Lime Wedge – squeeze & drop into the cocktail shaker.
  • 1 oz. Soda Water – add to cocktail shaker.

Garnish:

  • Thinly Sliced Orange Wheel
  • Cherry

Directions

Add the following to a cocktail shaker without ice:

  • 1 ½ oz. Spiced Rum (Sailor Jerry preferred)
  • ½ oz. Aperol
  • ¼ oz. Bacardi Lime
  • 1 ½ oz.   Guava Juice
  • ¾ oz. Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
  • ½ oz. Orgeat (Almond) Syrup
  • ½ oz. Simple Syrup
  • 2 dash Angostura Bitters

Add ice to cocktail shaker and shake hard 20-25 times.  Before straining, add the following to the cocktail shaker:

  • 1 ea. Lime Wedge – squeeze & drop into the cocktail shaker.
  • 1 oz. Soda Water – add to cocktail shaker.

Strain contents of the cocktail shaker into appropriate size glass filled with fresh ice.

Mix equal parts Sugar and Boiling Water.  Stir until thoroughly incorporated.  Chill in refrigerator until ready to use.

Garnish with a Thinly Sliced Orange Wheel by bending and inserting into the glass against the rim. Drop a Cherry on top of drink.
