Our U.S. Gift Cards, plastic and digital (eGift Cards), are available for purchase on our U.S. website and in our restaurants. They are also offered at popular retail, grocery, and drug stores, as well as popular online retailers.

Our U.S. Gift Cards, physical or digital (eGift Cards), can be redeemed at our U.S. and Puerto Rico restaurants for dine-in and for pickup orders placed online or by phone. Gift Cards may NOT be used for pickup or delivery orders facilitated by 3rd parties.

Dine-in - Please print a copy or simply display your eGift Card on your smartphone to your server on your next visit.

Pickup Orders - Order online through our website for Pickup or Curbside To-Go (where available). Our online ordering system allows you to use your electronic or physical gift card as a form of payment. You may also present gift cards to our cashier if paying in the restaurant. Gift cards are not redeemable for delivery or pickup orders placed through a 3rd party service provider like DoorDash®.

U.S. Gift Cards are NOT redeemable outside of the United States (except the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico) or at our other brands, or through third-party delivery/pickup services like DoorDash® or for The Cheesecake Factory products sold at retail and grocery stores, or for cheesecake orders from Harry & David®.

In Canada, plastic Gifts Cards are available for purchase in our Toronto restaurant and online.

Canadian Gift Cards can only be redeemed in our Toronto restaurant. They are not redeemable in the U.S. or the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.

Yes, U.S. Gift Cards can be purchased in bulk by businesses and charities. You must have a tax ID to set up an account. Order minimums are $500. To setup an account please visit us at Bulk Gift Cards.

Canadian Gift Cards are only available for bulk purchase in our Toronto restaurant.

Gift cards make great rewards and incentives for employees or gifts for customers, partners or your favorite organization.

Physical and Digital Gift Cards:
Online - Visit our Check Gift Card Balance site. You will need both your card and PIN number to check the balance.
Phone - (888) 891-2429. Our Gift Card Hotline and support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

You can also check your eGift Card balance by selecting the Check Balance link in the eGift Card delivery email. Copy and paste or have your eGift Card number and PIN available.

To receive balances on Canadian gift cards please call 1-888-891-2429.

This PIN is an added security feature. By gently scratching off the silver/metallic strip on the back of your plastic card, you’ll reveal a PIN. Do not share or post the gift card or PIN information or it might allow your Gift Card to be redeemed without your permission. Treat your Gift Card like cash.

No. Gift Card balances cannot be transferred onto other Gift Cards.

“Gift Cards” refers to The Cheesecake Factory branded plastic gift cards and/or eGift Cards. “eGift Cards” refers to The Cheesecake Factory branded digital/electronic Gift Cards. We deliver eGift Cards to you or your designated recipient by email.

No. Gift Cards (physical or eGift Cards) cannot be used to pay for delivery or pickup orders facilitated by a 3rd party. Gift Cards can only be used to pay in restaurant, via phone or online.

A Comp Card (which can also be called a Bonus Card or Promotional Card) is a plastic or electronic (eComp) card given for various reasons at our discretion. They cannot be purchased but may be distributed as part of a promotion. They may have a start and expiration date which will be printed on the front of the physical or digital card. Comp Cards are not Gift Cards and carry no cash value. Comp Cards may NOT be used for tips or gratuities. Comp Cards are subject to separate terms and conditions of use from our Gift Cards, which are available in the FAQs.

The dollar amount on your Gift Card/Comp Card will be applied toward your purchase. Any remaining balance due for your purchase can be paid by cash or credit card or by using another Gift Card or Comp Card (subject to applicable terms of use).

Gift Cards do not expire. Comp Cards may expire. Check the terms printed on your Comp Card as any expiration date will be printed on the front of your Comp Card.

You can reload your physical Gift Card by visiting any of our restaurants. eGift Cards and Comp Cards cannot be reloaded. Gift Cards cannot be reloaded on our website.
