Raspberry Lemon Drop
Ingredients
- 1 ea. Lemon Squeeze
- 2-1/4 oz. Raspberry Infused Vodka (See below recipe)
- 3/4 oz. Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz. Simple Syrup (See below recipe)
- 1/2 oz. Agave Water (See below recipe)
- 750 mL Vodka
- 8 oz. Fresh Raspberries
Directions
Raspberry Lemon Drop
- Add the following to a cocktail shaker without ice:
1 ea. Lemon Squeeze & Drop
2-1/4 oz. Raspberry Infused Vodka
3/4 oz. Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
1/2 oz. Simple Syrup
1/2 oz. Agave Water -
Add ice to cocktail shaker and shake hard 15-20 times. Strain contents of the cocktail shaker into a chilled Martini Glass.

Garnish with a Lemon Peel - twist peel over drink to express oil and lay on top of drink.
Raspberry Infused Tito’s - INFUSING
- Using a scale, measure out the appropriate weight of Raspberries into a clean, dry container. Add spirit, cover, affix and let sit at room temperature for 24 hours.
Simple Syrup
- Mix equal parts Sugar and Boiling Water. Stir until thoroughly incorporated. Chill in refrigerator (for at least 1 hour) until ready to use.
Agave Water
- Mix equal parts Agave Nectar and Filtered Water. Stir until thoroughly incorporated. Chill in refrigerator until ready to use.
