Paradise Punch
Ingredients
- 1 oz. Pineapple Juice
- 1 oz. Pomegranate Syrup
- 1/2 oz. Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
- 1/4 oz. Orgeat Syrup (Giffard preferred)
- 1/4 oz. Simple Syrup
- 4 oz. Soda Water
Directions
Paradise Punch
- Add the following to a cocktail shaker without ice:
- 1 oz. Pineapple Juice
- 1 oz. Pomegranate Syrup
- 1/2 oz. Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
- 1/4 oz. Orgeat Syrup (Giffard preferred)
- 1/4 oz. Simple Syrup
- Add ice to cocktail shaker and shake hard 15-20 times.
- Add 4oz. Soda Water to cocktail shaker after shaking.
- Pour contents of the cocktail shaker into appropriate size glass.
- Garnish with a thinly sliced orange wheel and an edible orchid
Pomegranate Syrup
- In a blender, mix 2 cups pomegranate juice, and 1 cup granulated sugar. Blend until sugar is completely dissolved. Chill in refrigerator (for at least 1 hour) until ready to use.
Simple Syrup
- Mix equal parts sugar and boiling water. Stir until thoroughly incorporated. Chill in refrigerator (for at least 1 hour) until ready to use.
