Paradise Punch

Ingredients

  • 1 oz. Pineapple Juice 
  • 1 oz. Pomegranate Syrup 
  • 1/2 oz. Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice 
  • 1/4 oz. Orgeat Syrup (Giffard preferred)
  • 1/4 oz. Simple Syrup 
  • 4 oz. Soda Water 

Directions

Paradise Punch

  1. Add the following to a cocktail shaker without ice:
    • 1 oz. Pineapple Juice 
    • 1 oz. Pomegranate Syrup 
    • 1/2 oz. Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice 
    • 1/4 oz. Orgeat Syrup (Giffard preferred)
    • 1/4 oz. Simple Syrup
  2. Add ice to cocktail shaker and shake hard 15-20 times. 
  3. Add 4oz. Soda Water to cocktail shaker after shaking. 
  4. Pour contents of the cocktail shaker into appropriate size glass.
  5. Garnish with a thinly sliced orange wheel and an edible orchid 

Pomegranate Syrup

  1. In a blender, mix 2 cups pomegranate juice, and 1 cup granulated sugar. Blend until sugar is completely dissolved. Chill in refrigerator (for at least 1 hour) until ready to use. 

Simple Syrup

  1. Mix equal parts sugar and boiling water. Stir until thoroughly incorporated. Chill in refrigerator (for at least 1 hour) until ready to use.
