We are unable to replace or provide refunds for Gift Cards or Comp Cards that have been lost, stolen or used without your approval. Please safeguard all your Gift Cards/Comp Cards - both physical and digital - to prevent unauthorized usage. If your email account is compromised, please contact us at (888) 891-2429 and ask our Help Desk to freeze your eGift/eComp Card to prevent the funds from being used without your authorization.

Check your email spam folder to see if the email with the eGift/eComp Card link is there. Some email providers will send the email to a promotions folder; check there, too. If you were sent several eGift/eComp Cards they may be linked together in your email inbox.
If you still cannot find your eGift/eComp Card, use our self-service portal to retrieve your eGift/eComp Card by using your email address. If you still cannot find it, contact us.

Gift Cards/Comp Cards cannot be returned, refunded, or redeemed for cash or credit except as required by law.

If the Gift/Comp Card number is still intact and legible, your local restaurant is able to redeem it. Replacement is not required.
If your PIN is damaged or not legible, call our Gift Card Hotline and Support at (888) 891-2429. You'll need your original receipt and card number. Partially used cards will be replaced with a card loaded with the remaining balance
