To receive a Birthday Slice, you must sign up for Cheesecake Rewards® before your birthday. If you signed up at least 7 days before your birthday, your Birthday Slice will be loaded into your account 7 days before your birthday, and it will be good for 7 days after your birthday (e.g. if your birthday is January 1, the reward may be redeemed through January 8).

Yes, if you sign up for Cheesecake Rewards® less than 7 days before your birthday, you will receive your Birthday Slice on your birthday, and it will be good for 7 days after issuance (e.g. if your birthday is January 1, the reward may be redeemed through January 8).

Redeem Your Way Rewards™ – like the Birthday Slice – can be redeemed when dining in, ordering pickup, or ordering delivery with DoorDash. Just be sure to tell us you’re a Cheesecake Rewards® member! When dining in, let your server know you’re a member by providing the mobile phone number associated with your account and that you’d like to redeem a reward. When ordering pickup online, select the reward you’d like to redeem once you’re signed in to your account and prior to checking out. When ordering takeout from the restaurant or via phone, let the cashier know you’re a member by providing the mobile phone number associated with your account, and tell them you’d like to redeem a reward.
