Many rewards are “redeem your way” rewards that can be redeemed for dine-in, takeout, and delivery through DoorDash. Once you’re signed in to The Cheesecake Factory app or your account dashboard on our website, any reward that is redeemable online will appear on the checkout page when placing an online order. Cheesecake Rewards® members may link their Cheesecake Rewards® account with their DoorDash account to receive a special offer from DoorDash!  Some other rewards may also be redeemable on DoorDash. If you have a reward available to redeem on DoorDash, it will appear on the checkout page when placing the order. From there, click to select the reward you’d like to apply to your order, and it will be discounted from your order total. If you don’t already have a DoorDash account, be sure to sign up so you don’t miss out!

To link your DoorDash account with your Cheesecake Rewards® account, you must use the same mobile phone number on both accounts. Log into your DoorDash account and find your nearest Cheesecake Factory location. Just click the banner to link your accounts – it’s that simple!

Only one reward may be redeemed at a time. If you have more than one reward in your account dashboard (lucky you!) please save one to enjoy on your next visit.
